FE Middle Manager Leadership Modules
This series of one day CPD events is full of engaging activities which will allow those attending to reflect on their current leadership styles and practices in an FE context and highlight areas of further development.
The events are aimed at middle managers in England who wish to improve their knowledge and understanding of key concepts which impact on leadership within the sector.
Project Management
The purpose of this module is to explain the major components and phases of effective project management.
Participants will be shown how to apply the concepts of project management to managing change within the College and reflect on the implications for their leadership role within the college.
At the end of the module participants will understand the key concepts of:

Project planning

Project execution

Monitoring and controlling a project

Closing a project
Participants should also be able to explain some of the key reasons for project failure and project success.

Resources - you will be provided with a handbook on the day. Certificates and a digital copy of the handbook will be emailed out after the event
How do I pay? - If you are a registered City and Guilds Centre you may opt to pay on account under your usual credit terms by changing the payment method on the order form to 'pay by invoice' and providing the centre number when prompted. Any attendees who do not have a City and Guilds account will need to pay online using a credit card or debit card.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but if your name is not on the register you may need proof of purchase
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes as long as we have been informed as this will affect the register and certificate
