Following the success of previous Leadership & Management training courses, Sunderland Software City are pleased to be again delivering the Leadership Skills and Practice programme from Wednesday 27th May 2015
The content for this courses has been developed specifically for the needs of the Software/IT industry and previous courses have produced fantastic results;

The course has been designed for learners who are looking to progress in their current job role by taking on management responsibilities. This qualification enables learners to understand the skills required to lead and build a team to meet organisational targets and deadlines, whilst developing effective working relationships with team members. It also covers the requirements needed to support organisational change initiatives.
Example units covered in this training course are:
- Leadership skills
- Theory of team building skills
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Developing working relationships with team members
- Theory of team building
This course is specifically designed for companies operating in the Software, Technology and IT sector.
The course will be run over 2 full days split over two weeks supported by online learning. This two day session takes place on Wednesday 27th May 2015 and Thursday 28th May 2015.
There are no formal entry requirements for learners undertaking this qualification.
