Communications play a critical role in achieving results in all areas of your life. Everyday, people interact with their family or colleagues and many are responsible for leading, enabling, motivating, focusing, stretching and developing individuals. They have the opportunity to give feedback and encouragement to people and ensure they are focused on contributing and performing to their best. At the core of these interactions is a conversation.
Like any powerful coaching intervention, the first step is raising awareness to the patterns of thinking and behaviour that underpin your communications. You will learn tools and techniques to help you make choices and implement lasting changes that matter to you.
This interactive workshop is run as a small supportive group (no more than 12 participants) within The Parliament House Hotel at Calton Hill, Edinburgh.
To help embed the learning a 1 hour online mentoring session is offered as a follow up to the workshop.
