Leadership Matters - A chance to explore and grow your leadership

For many social entrepreneurs leading their ventures is a big challenge. They have to balance being the driving force to get things done; with managing, motivating and leading those around them. They also have to ensure that the long term vision and mission stays central to everything they do and build a business model that can work.

Whether you are an established social enterprise or just starting out, everyone can benefit from exploring information, tips and expertise with others in a similar position.

Committing time can feel difficult but in the long run really worthwhile in helping you be the best leader you can whilst looking after yourself.

This Leadership Matters course has four key aims:

1. To provide leaders with an opportunity to explore and share their current leadership styles, skills, challenges and experiences
2. To learn about current leadership theory and practice
3. To try some different approaches
4. To reflect on real life challenges in their venture
