LEADERSHIP & ROYALTY CONFERENCE-LRC
Sat 8 July 2017, 09:30 – 14:30 BST
Our Leadership & Royalty Conferences (L.R.C) has held in the city of Birmingham since August 2015 and apparently. It is a platform to train and equip people using timeless biblical principles for practical leadership within and outside the Church. We are passionate about building a generation that is heavenly focused and earthly relevant. I take a view of Leadership as what everyone needs and can develop irrespective of where they are in their life journeys.
The next summer LRC is scheduled to hold on Saturday 8th July 2017 (9:30-3:00PM). The next conference will be a special “School of Ministry”.
Venue: Lighthouse Young People’s Centre, 100 Alma Way, Aston, B19 2LN
The big picture is to awaken believers at all levels to the consciousness of our individual and collective roles in the work of the ministry. Research shows that only about 5% of the Church globally commit to ministry in the sense of the ministry gifts listed in Ephesians 4 (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers). God’s pattern clearly stipulates that ministry be done by the 95% as well even as the ministry gifts equip the rest of the saints. At the heart of the upcoming conference is how workers at all levels can be inspired and equipped towards effective ministry. This conference aims to be a platform for both the 5% and 95% to learn ministry together.
