Who will benefit?
Managers, leaders, supervisors, HR professionals and business owners.
As a result of this programme delegates will be able to:

- Understand their own individual leadership preferences
- Identify opportrunities to use a wider range of leadership styles
- Evaluate the effectiveness of different styles in different scenarios

Location: The Green Room
Surroundings can stimulate our senses and change our frame of mind.
The Green Room is surrounded by Alderfen Marshes, a privately owned nature reserve in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, with a host of wildlife and provides a real breath of fresh air. The Green Room itself, with its modern design, welcoming wood burner and warm refreshments, creates the perfect contrast to the outdoor experiences and inspirational landscape.
Named after the ‘Green Room’ used by theatrical performers ‘as a place to unwind when not engaged on stage’, Moco’s own Green Room offers a tranquil setting from which to escape the usual pressures. The venue and its surrounding beauty provide an intimate experience, encouraging opportunities for opening up, sharing and giving deepening powers of insight and concentration. More on our website
