Leading a Successful Leadership Development Programme
The aim of this event is to identify, discuss and develop solutions for the challenges facing HR Professionals in developing Leaders within their organisations. The areas of discussion will include:
- Why should HR focus on developing Senior Leaders in our business?
- The business case – examples of successful leadership development programmes
- Where should we start? A 5 step approach to success:
- Getting the buy-in
- Understanding the Strengths and Weaknesses
- Creating a Development Plan
- Implementation methods: Group Development and Coaching (pro’s and con’s)
- Sustainability: Follow Up and Measurement
- Creating a partnership approach to continuous improvement
The objective of the event is to develop your knowledge and understanding of Leadership Development programmes to be able to identify developmental and learning needs and to potentially create a programme, or a plan to develop a tailor-made solution for future leadership development within your organisation.

As a trainer, she’s experienced in working with Executives and Directors from companies in both the public and private sector. She specialises in working with clients to improve their communication skills and become more powerful influencers..
