*This session is for those in HR/OD/ Workforce roles**

Summary:

Leading change can be exciting and scary at the same time.

In uncertain times, leaders are often expected to have all the answers. This can be challenging.

If you’ve ever felt the pressure of having to lead change and maintain stability for yourself, and your people, this session is for you.

Aim: To explore the insights and tools required to lead change, and manage uncertainty, effectively.

Objectives: In this two-hour session, we’ll explore:

1. When equilibrium (or stability) can be overrated.

2. Why leaders should not have all the answers.

3. How to balance your role as a change agent, alongside helping others navigate uncertainty.

Outcome: Participants will feel better able to critically lead change, while helping others maintain a sense of stability and direction.

Target audience: This workshop is ideal for change agents, HR and OD leaders, people managers, and learning & development professionals. It is for those who want to drive change with impact, while ensuring their teams are set up for success.

Prework: Participants should come with their current leadership challenge(s) noted down. They will be encouraged to reflect on the challenge(s) throughout the session. (They will not be expected to share their challenge with other participants, if they do not wish to).
