Shamim is the Head of Development at Sodexo, a global organisation which develops, manages and delivers a diverse range of serivices designed to improve the quality of life for its clients and customers.
Shamim is a methodical and diligent individual who is ambitious and motivated to continually strive for further self-development and the development of personnel within the Learning and Development function. Particularly accustomed to influencing key stakeholders and presenting strategies at board level that actively support the vision and values of her organisation, Shamim is a skilled facilitator of change who identifies the need for improvement and consistently delivers results against targets and budgets within business parameters in a professional and systematic capacity.
Shamim manages the Learning and Development Function for Sodexo's 35,000 staff within the UK and is responsible for the Apprenticeship framework, Investors in People and upskilling Sodexo's teams to deliver a world class service.
