Summary:

Positive team behaviours from people and organisations are crucial for service success, if we ignore poor team relations and connections, we operate at a loss, in terms of loss of production, turnover, reduced morale, motivation and innovation, leading to reduced organisational success. Leading without authority, powered by collective team behaviours, embedded widely within your workplace, will help embed psychological safety and truly achieve the best from teams.

Aim:

We educate workplaces on harm by behaviour and methods of true inclusion. Education on psychological safety, embedded widely within your workplace, will truly protect your people, your most precious asset.

Objectives:

The session is a time away for teams to put all other business to one side and reflect on their own team style and the impact it has on the overall teams’ psychological health, ability to perform, and service deliverables.

The session allows reflection of how teams can lead without authority and work collaboratively together, by understanding the feelings, motivations and drivers of behaviours.

Behaviour change is generated by targeting the emotional brain and connects teams with a heightened awareness of harmful authoritative behaviour. The real change is dependent on the willingness of leaders to learn and adapt to embed safe behaviours.

Outcomes:

1. UNDERSTAND – Leading without authority – collective team

2. CREATE – A collective mindset and team behaviour

3. DEVELOP - Psychologically safe team behaviours

4. BUILD - Collective thinking, teaming and micro coaching skills
