The past 2 years have been heavily disrupted by the pandemic, but as innovators we must find a way to be comfortable working in disruptive environments which are different to, and often challenging to the status quo.

We will explore the challenges of leading disruptive innovation across a number of settings and themes.

Our guests will include:

- Julia Ross, Chief Executive at NHS Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire CCGs, who is leading on healthcare integration and systems leadership across the Bristol region. Julia is also co-executive lead for the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire integrated care system (ICS) Healthier Together. The ICS is a collaboration of 10 health and local authority partners delivering services for a population of one million people.

- Jessie Wilde, Deputy Project Director at Bristol Housing Festival, Bristol Housing Festival is re-imagining better ways to live in our cities, by harnessing best practice and advanced technology to test and showcase better homes and city community living.

- Lara Lameli, CEO of Creative Tuition Collective, Creative Tuition Collective, is a non profit organisation that seeks to level the educational playing field for young people from low income backgrounds.
