An innovative development programme for leaders who want to develop their Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Inclusive leadership skills.

About this Event

This is a blended learning programme delivered over a 10 week period.

It is designed to fully equip leaders in the public sector to provide robust leadership to the diversity and inclusion agenda based on a solid foundation of Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Participants will develop a unique set of skills, capabilities, behaviors, and approaches all aimed at enhancing their existing leadership skills while sharpening their ability to effectively lead diverse organisations and teams.

The course is built of a blended learning framework, spaced over a 10-week period With four key elements:

  • A 360º Multi-rater Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Assessment
  • Three four hour online group sessions spaced over a 10-week period including QA seasons with CQ and Inclusive Leadership Experts.
  • Two Inclusive Leadership Coaching Sessions designed including a personal debrief on the CQ Assessment and support to develop a CQ & Inclusive leadership Personal Development Plan.
  • Two facilitated Peer Challenge sessions.
The programme is suitable for participants who are committed to making a real difference to diversity and inclusion within their organisation and recognise the need to invest their time and effort in developing their Cultural Intelligence (CQ)and Inclusive leadership style.

Each Participant will Receive:

  • A 360 CQ Multi-Rater Assessment. The CQ®️ Assessment is the only academically validated measure of Cultural Intelligence in the world, and it is administered through the Cultural Intelligence Centre.
  • A copy of “What’s Your CQ”.
  • A Copy of “Leading with Cultural Intelligence” by David Livermore, Ph.d.
  • Access to online resources to use within their organisations.

Participants who complete the programme will:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of their Cultural Intelligence (CQ) levels and how they can enhance and develop these to make them more inclusive leaders.
  • Develop their leadership style and approaches through the lens of Cultural Intelligence, exploring how their cultural values, preferences and, biases enhance or limit their approach to inclusion.
  • Understand how they can adapt their leadership style to work effectively across diverse cultural contexts, thereby facilitating inclusive workplace cultures within their organisation.
  • Develop a framework within which they can review their organisational approach towards Diversity and Inclusion through the lens of Cultural Intelligence(CQ) drawing on research and the lived-in experiences of peers and experts on the programme.
  • Have the opportunity to engage with International experts on Cultural Intelligence and Inclusive leadership to build their expertise, knowledge, and skills.
