Leading for Change: Exploring the New Management and Leadership Framework

Join the Florence Nightingale Foundation for an engaging session exploring how the upcoming NHS England Management and Leadership Framework can act as a genuine driver for positive change across health and care. This discussion will consider how the Framework can empower leaders and managers, create consistency, and inspire continuous learning — while also exploring how it connects with approaches in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
