What is your refund policy for the course (excluding NCFE accreditation)?

We ask for payment of a refundable deposit of £25 for each training session, which will be returned to you in full upon attendance at the session. The full refund policy (including non-attendance information)  is outlined in the description.

Why are there two price differing ticket options?

Accepted Answer

We offer a NCFE accredited version which costs £75. You can find further information in our event description. The £25 refundable price is for the Zoom training outlined only.

The course is aimed at those in positions of leadership and management, especially for those who have a responsibility for monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement.

This will take place on Zoom, an email will be sent out to you a week before the course runs from training@ymcageorgewilliams.uk. You will also be able to access this link through the Eventbrite page on the day.

A basic knowledge of leadership and management would be beneficial, along with monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement.
