Leadership in the Systems Age
Delivered by Dave Snowden, a world renowned authority on systems, the session offers essential space for Directors, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) and leaders at the level just below Board to explore the notion of “wicked problems” in terms of managing and leading in rapidly changing world of health and social care. Specifically, Dave will be supporting participants to think through and address the challenges around meaningful and effective leadership at a time of integration and with specific reference to the delivery of the practicalities of the Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs).
The event is limited to just 50 places, so early registration for this event, facilitated by a highly engaging thought leader, is highly recommended.
