Overview
In a volatile and uncertain world, today’s leaders are constantly challenged and are often faced with sudden and sustained crises. Navigating such operational turbulence requires leaders who can provide guidance to their teams and help foster a sense of resilience. It requires them to understand how disruption, uncertainty and pressure can affect decision-making and leadership effectiveness – and the impact this can have on themselves and their teams.
This 7 hour workshop is designed to enhance the effectiveness of senior leaders who operate in volatile, high-pressure environments, delivering strategies for guiding teams through complexity.

After completing this course learners will be able to:
● Learn to create the safe and trusting environment required to guide teams through pressure and uncertainty.
● Explore what people need during uncertainty and how to support them, reduce stress and increase engagement.
● Learn how to manage your own personal stress and to navigate through uncertainty.
