Overview:
This is a full-day (6 hour) workshop exploring how to create an inclusive workplace culture where no one feels marginalised for being different; it is facilitated by an external provider and delivered virtually on 20th November 2025 - 9.30am-12.30pm. Tickets can be booked from 9.30am on Thursday 11th September 2025.
Workshop content:
The course will provide leaders with practical frameworks and techniques to apply directly back in the workplace, both for themselves and their team. The course will demonstrate how an inclusive team is one which feels safe to work in, can cope with creative conflict and tolerates challenges to the status quo. You’ll learn how to draw on the diversity of your team to maximise their performance; working with different identities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to make sure individuals and teams thrive.
