Session structure

This 60 minute session on Leading Inclusive Teams is designed to highlight the importance of Inclusivity in our teams, how we can build inclusivity into our working practices and the benefits we gain from doing so.

We will discuss the circumstances which can affect whether people feel included or not, how we maintain inclusivity when working in a blended way and the difference between the related concepts of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

The session will cover:

• What Inclusivity is and Why it’s important
• Protected Characteristics
• Steps we can take to be inclusive
• Inclusivity and Blended Working
• Understanding the relationship between Inclusivity, Diversity and Equality
