Event description
With organisations requiring to continuously innovate and adapt to market and customer requirements, change management is a critical.

About this event

This workshop aims to ensure that changes planned by business leaders within the organisation (operational, process or systems drive, customer-orientated or structural) are implemented with less disruption to day to day working, with consideration of resistance and key stakeholder needs.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

  • Articulate factors that minimise disruption during change
  • Understand how to manage stakeholders & reactions to change
  • Apply a change management framework in their own role
  • Identify change management strengths & development areas
  • Identify and manage barriers and resistance to change
  • Apply change management tools and techniques

Prior to the session you will be asked to identify a change they are working on in their role or a change that they plan to introduce. The workshop will then support new ways of working and approaches to implement real change effectively.
