We know that improving the quality of teaching in the classroom has the biggest impact on improving student outcomes. To do this, at a time of scarce resources, we need to improve the quality of our CPD.

This innovative programme, developed by the Research Schools Network, provides a comprehensive overview of the most important research evidence in education, including the EEF Toolkit, with a focus on how to address the
challenges presented by reforms at Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 4. Participating School Leaders will devise a high impact CPD programme for their schools. The programme will support you with a range of evidence-based tools to help you lead learning with success and to improve and evaluate your CPD programme.

NB: We are keen that schools in the Norwich Opportunity Area do not see the course fee as a barrier to participating, and are working on possible avenues of support. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
