About this Event
Overview:
This workshop blends theory and models with real life management experience and practical examples along with group discussions. The focus is on understanding the impact of change, how to develop a change programme/approach that maximises the probability of a successful transformation and manage the human aspects of change.
It will then explore how best to sustain the change/ new way of working and at the same time help you be comfortable with uncertainty, unpredictability and develop a flexible approach. It is an interactive workshop, blending facilitator input and delegate contribution to drive open dialogue and learning.
Who should attend?
Managers, Directors & Business Owners. This course is intermediate to advanced level.
