We’ll explore how to shape, embed, and sustain a high-performing culture and how to inspire and prepare your leadership team to lead this transformation effectively.
Hosted at the dragonfish offices on Oxford Street, the session will be followed by drinks and networking, a chance to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.

- Share experiences and insights on navigating transformation and remaining relevant in a changing sector
- Understand the role of leaders and address practical challenges related to, shaping, embedding, and sustaining culture change
- Explore how to lead with values both internally and externally
- Facilitate networking opportunity among charity leaders and future leaders, enabling shared learning
