About the speakers
Annette Frem
Annette Frem, currently working for LACE Partners, is a strategic Change Management and Communications Specialist with over 20 years of experience across global and local organisations. She has worked in-house and as a consultant across industries including retail, travel, FMCG, fintech, pharma, banking, media, charity and mining.
She helps global and local organisations meet their business goals by designing effective change programmes, HR processes and engaging stakeholder experiences based on robust listening strategies, and build to communicate, drive, develop and recognise the desired behaviours, mindsets and overall culture.
Annette combines theories, best practices and expertise from the fields of Change, HR, L&D, Branding and Communication to design strategies, plans and initiatives that create stakeholder buy-in, drive engagement, innovation, collaboration and deliver sustainable change.
When she is not working then you will find her kayaking on the Thames, trying to improve her golf swing or out and about wining and dining with friends and family.
Konstantinos Tasis
Konstantinos Tasis is a Learning and Development Programmes Manager at Ipsos UK & Ireland, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and a Committee Member of the CIPD Branch in Southwest London, with 12 years of experience in organisational learning and development.
He has previously led the L&D strategy for Wilson James’ teams across the Science Museum, V&A, and Natural History Museum groups. He is passionate about driving business transformation through people development, aligning learning content with business strategy and supporting individuals build the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to excel in their roles.
