Conflict is an integral and important part of life, often leading to creative solutions and ensuring issues that matter are worked through and resolved.
Leaders need the skill to surface conflict in constructive manner and to use the energy it creates to craft positive and innovative solutions.
This programme explores the sources of conflict and how we respond to them. Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) to provide personal insight into our individual response to conflict.
Awareness of our preferred conflict mode is one of the first steps to understanding how to become more flexible and effective in “conflict” situations.
Participants will complete an on-line survey before attending this seminar.
The cost of this survey is included in the ticket price.
