Leading With Change is a group programme that supports growing, ambitious companies that want to develop and implement a change project within their organisation. The programme aims to help them learn from other companies facing challenges and includes guidance from subject matter experts.

This programme will help you build organisational resilience, whilst providing the insight, strategy, and courage necessary to steer your organisation through the challenges of rapidly changing business landscapes.

The organisational change project aims to deliver measurable outcomes, including:

  • Transitioning to new markets
  • Improvements in productivity
  • Investments in new technology

Programme length

Applicants must be committed to two full days and two half days set over a two-week period. They must also be available for up to 11 hours one-to-one coaching, which will be accessed over a two-month period.

Programme cost

There will be a cost of £700 + VAT per delegate to attend this programme.

Programme eligibility

To be considered for the programme, your company must:

  • Employee between 10 and 249 people
  • Already have an identified transformational project which will stretch your organisation beyond the business as usual
  • Send a delegate who has the autonomy to influence and ambition to implement the change project within your organisation
  • Confirm that the participant in the programme understands the time commitment required and that they will actively participate in all programme activities, workshop sessions and in-company project work.

Your change project must deliver outcomes, such as:

  • The creation of new jobs or looking to safeguard existing ones
  • Capital investment
  • Fair work practices
  • Inclusion of innovative approaches
  • Adoption of new technology
  • Entry to new markets
  • Improvements to productivity

  • 27 August 2025 – online (Half Day)
  • Morning: Managing the Change Process
  • 28 August 2025 – online (Half Day)
  • Morning: Deep dive into Change Management (online group session)
  • 03 September 2025 – in person (Full Day)
  • Morning: What it means to lead change
  • Afternoon: Leading through change
  • To be agreed with delegate: 11 hours of online coaching
