How is the course delivered?

The course is fully online, delivered through six live, interactive 60-minute sessions (one per week). Sessions combine teaching, reflection, breakout discussions, practical tools, and peer learning. You’ll also have access to workbooks, journaling prompts, and peer group support between sessions.

What if I can’t attend a live session?

Live attendance is highly encouraged for the best experience, but if you miss a session, you will receive a summary of key points, journaling prompts, and weekly challenges to stay engaged with the journey.

How much time should I set aside each week?

You’ll need approximately 90 minutes per week:

60 minutes for the live session
20–30 minutes for optional peer check-ins, journaling, and completing the weekly leadership challenge
