Module 2. Diversity = Leadership Advantage
Understand the Power of Diversity by exploring how diverse teams are uniquely positioned to challenge the status quo and drive innovative disruption.
Recognize Bias and Build Inclusion and identify common biases that can hinder diverse thinking and learn strategies
Leverage Cognitive Diversity for Innovation and understand how cognitive diversity (differing problem-solving approaches and thinking styles) sparks creative solutions and enhances the team's ability to tackle complex challengesModule 3. Leadership and ResilienceDefine resilience in the context of modern leadership and understand its impact on performance, well-being, and influence.
Recognize and navigate stress, adversity, and change using evidence-based emotional regulation and mindset strategies.

Define the characteristics of high-performing teams, including trust, psychological safety, accountability, and shared purpose.
