Course overview
As a manager and team leader you have the challenge of the operational side of your role but you also have to be able to effectively manage your team. Whilst it may sound easy, not everyone is the same so you have to learn to understand what they need from you, how you are responsible for carrying or creating the culture, and how your style of leading or managing has to change to fit certain groups or personalities.
This is a detailed but reflective and enjoyable session that will provide line managers with the knowledge and skills to better understand their natural style of management and how it may need to adapt in order to be successful.
