Elements of the introduction to lean manufacturing course content are trained using innovative role play where the delegates are required to act out the assembly operations of a ‘fictitious’ manufacturing company.

The course is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates.

This introductory online course can lead on to the LEAN Level 2-4 Course which is LEVY funded for business owners of upto £6000pp. g
