Capacity is a non-profit organisation based in Zurich, which supports refugee and migrant integration to the Swiss economy. Capacity seeks to build a society that is open and supportive of everyone, regardless of their background.

Through Capacity's programmes, people with migration or refugee backgrounds are supported to shape their journey into entrepreneurship and the local labour market. The programmes are known for their strong community-building endeavours, multi-stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. Moreover, Capacity empowers its participants to develop their potential through self-sustaining, collaborative frameworks, rather than to reinforce any form of dependency.
