Staff are invited to attend engagement sessions as part of the reaccreditation process for the New Academics Programme (NAP) and the Leadership in Education Awards Programme (LEAP).

The New Academics Programme (NAP) and the Leadership in Education Awards Programme (LEAP) are both due for reaccreditation by Advance HE in 2023-24. This gives us an opportunity to reflect on our provision and how it works for all those involved.

Thank you to colleagues who shared their experiences, feedback and ideas about these programmes in the surveys that ran in May. Following on from these surveys, the Institute of Teaching and Learning are running three sessions in June to share and explore the findings of the surveys with colleagues, and to discuss the way forward.

These sessions are open to:

programme participants (past and present)
senior leaders
managers and supervisors
programme contributors
programme mentors and assessors
