About this event

Business • Environment & Sustainability

Funded via the Warm Homes Discount Industry Initiative, the Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) scheme is a service dedicated to supporting people who are living in a cold home, struggling to pay their fuel bills and are vulnerable. As part of the service we cover the following:

• Tariff advice

• Fuel debt advice

• Smart meter advice

• Tips and advice how to reduce energy

• Free small energy efficiency measures – LED bulbs, radiator panel, draught proofing etc

• Income Maximisation

• Onward referrals to other organisations when required

• Boiler repair/replacement – (Owner occupiers only – where/when available)

• White goods (where/when available)

The service we provide is free to you as a service provider/referrer and your customers.

LEAP’s energy advisers are here to support your customers to reduce their carbon emissions while saving money and effectively keeping their homes warmer for less.

We offer home visits and a telephone advice service that covers every borough across England, Scotland and Wales.

If you would like to see what is available in your services area/s and would like to learn a little more about LEAP and how to become a referrer, please register at one of the sessions listed on this invitation. Each person can register for one ticket per session. The training will be run via MS Teams and the link will be sent to you closer to the time.
