Following up on 2019's Diverse Entrepreneurs Summit, this event is designed to bring together business owners across the capital, from a range of backgrounds, who may have faced barriers to entrepreneurship due to their gender, ethnicity, disability or sexuality. Join LEAP and the London Growth Hub to network, get one-to-one mentoring and hear about our current programme offers that can help your business to scaleup and grow.

About our Host

Proprietor and executive chef of the Café Spice Namaste Group, Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL, will be joining LEAP for the day as host. A successful entrepreneur himself, Cyrus owns the award-winning Café Spice Namaste in Whitechapel, as well as many other successful establishments. Together, Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala have built an award-winning institution renowned worldwide for a consistently innovative and fresh approach to Indian cuisine.

Who is this event best suited for?

This free event is designed for entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups looking to network, access support and gain expert business insight, and own businesses that have been running for 6 months or more.

The range of groups attending include:

  • BAME (Black, Asian, Middle East, Hispanic) entrepreneurs
  • Disabled entrepreneurs
  • LGBT entrepreneurs
  • Young entrepreneurs

Please note: This event has a limited seating capacity. To ensure we give entrepreneurs from a diverse range of groups the chance to attend, you will be asked about your business during the registration process.
