What is Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine?
The Daily Energy Routine (DER) is a set of energy exercises developed by Donna Eden, based on her many years of experience of working with the body's energies. Together, these exercises are designed to balance all the body's energy systems, enabling you to feel both energised and more relaxed at the same time! Once you know all the exercises, the whole routine will take you less than 10 minutes. Why not try doing the DER at least once a day and notice how different you feel?
Who is Donna Eden?
Donna Eden is a pioneer in the field of holistic healing and is among the world’s most sought after and most authoritative spokespersons for energy medicine. Able to see the flow of the body’s energies since birth, Donna was able to work with her own energies to overcome several illnesses herself, including Multiple Sclerosis. Having run a highly successful private practice for many years, Donna went on to distil her knowledge and experience into her own form of energy medicine: Eden Energy Medicine (EEM).
What is Eden Energy Medicine?
Eden Energy Medicine utilises techniques from healing traditions such as acupuncture, yoga, kinesiology and Qi gong. It is a dynamic form of health and self-care, which can address both physical and emotional issues. It also promotes wellness and can help prevent illness. Over 1,100 people are now certified as EEM practitioners worldwide, offering classes and one to one sessions, enabling people to activate their own natural healing capabilities.

What should I wear to the event?
You are advised to wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in easily, and to wear trousers rather than a skirt.
What is provided at the event and what should I bring with me?
Tea, coffee and water will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own bottle of water as well. Energy work is thirsty work! A handout will be provided with information on all the exercises we will practise. You may wish to bring a notebook and pen if you like to take additional notes.
What kind of exercises are involved?
EEM exercises are not at all strenuous. They involve gentle movements and many of them can be done sitting down.
Do I need any previous knowledge of EEM to attend this event?
No, no previous knowledge of EEM or the exercises is required. If you already have a little knowledge of EEM, attending this event would be a good way to consolidate it.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, you may do so up until the day before the event takes place, i.e. until Friday 14 October. Please email Helen if you wish to transfer your ticket.
Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket with you. There will be a list of names of attendees at the event.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund will be available up until the day before the event takes place, i.e. until Friday 14 October. Please email Helen if you would like to request a refund. Note that instead of requesting a refund, you could choose to transfer your ticket to someone else instead (see above).
