The event space is in the 3rd floor Studio Space at TOLI HOUSE, accessed only by stairs - we are sorry the venue does not have a lift.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably, in something you could easily move your body in, loose trousers, yoga pants, loose yoga tops, t-shirts vests, layers if you get cold lying still for the meditation etc.. The event is held in studio on yoga mats, there are chairs available for those who cannot remain on a yoga mat

Will there be breaks and refreshments
