Goal for the Workshop: To learn how to make a collaged heart-chain zine and cultivate self-love, appreciation, and resilience through mindful making.

This 2.5-hour, hands-on workshop guides you step by step in constructing and decorating your own collaged heart-chain zine. Guided by Sarah, collage artist and founder of Collé, you’ll enjoy a calm, reflective creative experience that nurtures self-love, builds confidence, and equips you with skills you can continue using in your own creative wellbeing practice.

Collaged heart-chain zines are perfect for personal reflection, gratitude practice, visual journaling, or as meaningful handmade gifts.

This workshop is open to all levels, ages 18+.

🕙 Time: 10:00am to 12:30pm (please arrive 5–10 minutes early)
