Overcome tension, stress and distractions and discover real focus, clarity and peace. Learn the simple technique of meditation and bring lasting and meaningful changes to your life.


Join our course in a peaceful venue in central London to learn and experience how meditation can increase focus, reduce stress and bring lasting contentment and peace to the mind.

This is a two part course on Tuesdays September 26th and October 3rd from 7 - 8pm.
