  • (High Level) Personal Information Audit - The first is to identify your baseline for personal data

  • Gap Analysis - Basic idea: Where are we now? (Baseline). Where do we need to be? (Target)

  • Investigation - Teams can examine each of the three key areas and perform compliance assessments

  • Assessment of current Data Privacy practices

  • Creation of a Data privacy Governance structure

Having booked on a workshop, any request to cancel must be made in writing (email: info@pidux.com). If such requests are received more than 14 days prior to the date of the workshop, the workshop fee will be refunded in full subject to a £20 (plus VAT) administration fee. Unfortunately, workshop fees are not refundable for cancellations received within 14 days of the date of the workshop, however, you do have the right to substitute delegate. We reserve the right to vary or cancel the workshop and we do not accept any responsibility for any losses or expenses save for reimbursement of the workshop fee in the event of cancellation. Once completed the booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. All delegates and their firms will be jointly and severally liable for the payment of all fees due. Confirmation of registration together with a VAT receipt will be sent following receipt of the booking.
