Led by Jane Perry, The Bully Proofing Coach, this session will help you recognise and respond to harassment before it escalates. We’ll go through the 12 forms of grooming used to test boundaries – subtle behaviours that harassers use to find out what they can get away with, with whom.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of:

- The tactics used to confuse and silence targets
- What to say and do in the moment
- How to spot boundary-testing early and block it calmly and firmly
