Learn how to use a sewing machine

A workshop specifically made for those who are completely new to sewing, or who would like a refresher course on modern machines. You will learn how to thread a machine, wine the bobbin and how to sew basic stitches. We will talk about stitch width, length and tension. By the end of the workshop, you will learn how to sew a reversible tote bag.

Participants should bring along a sewing machine (In good working order) with a spare needle. If you dont have a sewing machine, enquire at time of booking and we can supply you with one at Millennium Court.

All other materials will be provided on the day
