About this event

Join Elaine Curtin, of Floresco, for a 60 minutes and learn some different simple mindfulness and meditation types at the Limpley Stoke Village Hall or join us on Zoom. Immerse yourself in some relaxing guided meditation sessions, storytelling and an introduction to mindfulness More experienced meditators are welcome too. Come along, bring a friend, Children aged 7+ are welcome too.
