Empower yourself with practical self‑defence skills in a safe and supportive environment. This event is designed specifically for women to build confidence, strength, and awareness while learning techniques that can be used in real-life situations.

Participants will learn:

  • Awareness & Prevention: How to read situations, set boundaries, and avoid risky encounters.
  • Close-Range Defence: Efficient blocks, deflections, and escapes from grabs without relying on brute strength.
  • Striking & Movement (Boxing): Footwork, punches, and combinations to defend effectively and stay mobile.
  • Practical Scenarios: Realistic drills to apply skills under pressure, enhancing both safety and confidence.

The session is beginner-friendly, focusing on empowerment, not intimidation, and provides tools for women to feel strong, capable, and prepared in everyday life.

Led by an instructor experienced in martial arts and Boxing, the event combines precision, power, and practicality for a well-rounded self-defence experience.
