Who is teaching the class?

Hi! I’m Sophia, a professional with years of experience in braiding. I’ve been making cornrows for over 10 years, and I’m excited to help you learn this amazing skill.

What will I need for the class?

You’ll need: A mannequin head (or a willing person to practice on) A comb for parting the hair Clips to hold sections in place Optional: Hair extensions if you want to practice with added length/thickness (we’ll discuss this during the class). A materials list will be sent to you.

Will I be able to do cornrows after the class?

You’ll be able to do simple cornrows by the end of the session. If you practice regularly after the class, you can master more complex styles.

Will the class be recorded?

Yes! You’ll get access to the recorded session for 7 days after the class, so you can review it at your own pace.

Do I need to have a specific type of hair to join?

Not at all! Whether you have straight, curly, or textured hair, the techniques I’ll teach work for all hair types. Just make sure to have something to practice on (mannequin or a willing friend).

Do I need any experience to join the class?

No prior experience needed! This class is designed for beginners, and I’ll walk you through every step to ensure you can create your own cornrows.
