Welcome to **Get in the Swing - Lindy Hop and Learn To Dance The Lindy Hop - The Original Partner Swing Jive Dance** event! Join us on Wed 8th Oct 2025 at 19:30pm at Risby Village Hall, near Bury St.Edmunds for a fun and energetic evening of dancing. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our instructors will guide you through the steps and techniques of this iconic dance style. Get ready to swing and jive with a partner as you learn the moves that make Lindy Hop so exciting. This Absolute Beginners Course is 10 weeks, each class is 1 hour in length (EVERY WEDNESDAY), plus 30 min practice & social interactive time with refreshments. No partner needed, as we rotate partners. Learn all the fundamentals of Lindy Hop (including 6 Count & 8 Count Moves, Charleston Moves & Jazz Step Moves). A second intermediate level class follows at 9:00pm for those who have completed a beginners course.
