Children are invited to explore the techniques of pencil drawing and shading. Under the guidance of a professional artist, we will learn how to draw a realistic eye, and will look closely at different pencils from 3h to 5b. Children will learn the rules of academical drawing and what the different pencils are meant for.

Level of difficulty: advanced beginner to intermediate

Required for the class:

Computer, Tablet, Smartphone and access to wifi

Materials: A4 or A3 paper (any), set of graphite pencils (hard and soft, best to have HB, 2B, 4B, b and 2H), a rubber eraser, an extra piece of cartridge paper.
