Description

Weight and strength training for women is continuing to gain traction and research has shown the positive impact strength training can have on the body.⁠⠀

Learn to Lift weight on an Olympic Squat rack in our women only gym. There are many weight-levels and exercises that you can add to your everyday workout routine using this equipment and we want to show you how.

If you're not quite sure how to use a squat rack or which weights to use (some of the weights are very heavy!) - this session is for you. A qualified trainer will show you the ropes. Beginners and regular lifters welcome!⁠⠀
