How do I get to a workshop at the American Express stadium?

Accepted Answer

•	You can travel by train  to Falmer station or by car to the stadium.  •	The meeting point for getting to the workshop is the East Stand Reception. 
•	Someone will be on the door to show you where to go. 
•	The training will take place upstairs. There are stairs and a lift.

Is parking available at the American Express stadium?

Accepted Answer

• Parking for attendees is free on site. • When driving in from Village Way, drive into the car park and head towards the barrier. Visitor’s Access is on the left. • A member of Security in the Gatehouse will let you know where to park. • Once parked, head to the East Stand reception.

Question 3

Will there be a break / refreshments during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

The workshops are planned to last two hours without a break. Refreshments won’t be provided. You can buy a snack and/or drink at the Terrace cafe in the stadium grounds before the workshop starts.

What should I do if I can't make it to the workshop?

If you’ve booked and then find you can’t come to a workshop, please let us know as early as you can. You can cancel your booking on Eventbrite or email Samaritans (BHACommunity@brightonsamaritans.org)

Question 5

What happens if the workshop gets cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If there are fewer than 20 people signed up for a workshop we may decide to cancel it a few days in advance.  We'll let you know by email if that happens and encourage you to sign up for an alternative date.
