Description

Throughout January learn to meditate every Monday evening as you explore tools and techniques with Amisha Ghadiali to create inner wellbeing and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Each week will focus around a theme with space for questions and a long meditation together. This is open to beginners and drop in is welcome if you can't make all four weeks of the course.
For residents of The Collective - during the course, we will also meet every morning at 7.45am in the Secret Garden for a 20min meditation together if you wish to join and build your daily practice.

Week One - Posture and Breath
Week Two - Why Meditate?
Week Three - Attention and The Mind
Week Four - Emotions and The Witness
Free for residents of the collective, donation based for non-residents.
Please bring a notebook, pen and a meditation cushion.
