Kickstart the New Year and discover for yourself the benefits of meditation with this 4 week course. Meditations is increasingly recognised as an effective means to reduce stress and improve the quality of life. Many people are now discovering it’s also a very practical way to improve ourselves and develop the ability to help others. Benefits of daily meditation include a learned ability to deal with worry and anxiety, improved concentration and the ability to improve relationships.

Learn to relax • 18 Jan
Explore the basics and learn the ‘what, why and how’ of meditation and be guided through a simple breathing meditation you can practise every day to relax and increase your peace of mind.

Overcome stress and worry • 25 Jan
Discover the underlying causes of problems and unpleasant feelings and learn a meditation using visualisation to release stress and inspire change.

Improve clarity and focus • 01 Feb
Explore the elements of the meditation toolkit and learn how to improve concentration, reduce distractions and improve your meditation.

Wake up smiling • 08 Feb
Practical help and advice for meditating every day plus learn a special breathing meditation combined with mantra recitation to still the mind and inspire the mind.

It is beneficial to attend the whole course, however, each class is self-contained and can be attended on a drop-in basis.
