Learn to Meditate - half-day workshop Sat 23 Feb 10:30am - 1:30pm with Buddhist nun Kelsang Chogma.
Learn the basics on this beginner's course - also ideal for those wishing to refresh their practice.

Meditation helps with relaxation, mental clarity and overall well-being. On this course we will learn easy meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. When we meditate regularly we enjoy more inner peace, happiness, and harmony in our relationships.

Seating will be on chairs or cushions, whichever you prefer.

Kelsang Chogma will guide meditations on the day and explain the basic techniques you'll need to start your own regular meditation practice.

Kelsang Chogma has been practising meditation and Buddhism for over 20 years and is known for her joy and enthusiasm for meditation, which inspires confidence to try it yourself!
